I've had similar experiences at Vanguard with the "new" website: Attempting to buy mutual funds from a bank account requires the "Full Purchase Page" aka the "old" website. But when you click "Use the full purchase page" you get a pop up with the option to "Go to full experience" which is what you need. Trouble is that button doesn't work.
You need to continue buying on new website and refreshing until finally (finally!) the full experience purchase page appears, and looks just like Vanguard.com looked like before 2021.
Does anyone know a fix for this so you can just get to the usable page the first time?
