Did you read the Wall Street Journal article referenced by this topic?I am sure he has or will soon be getting the real numbers regarding frequency of issues and how that stacks up compared to competitors and is not going to be swayed into acting hastily by anecdotal reports on the web.Vanguard’s Die-Hard Customers Have a Message for New CEO: ‘The Service Is Abysmal’
Well I'd say that so far Salim Ramji has not shown that he has received the message clients are sending him about customer service problems.
He has made no statements acknowledging complaints about customer service.
He has made no statements indicating that he intends to make a special effort to improve customer service as part of his mandate.
Until he does make such statements I will assume that he thinks Vanguard is doing a perfectly good job on the customer service front and therefore things will NOT improve and may well get worse.
The article clearly states: "Vanguard ranked last out of eight major brokerages for customer satisfaction with website performance and mobile apps in a recent survey of 2,700 investors conducted by Investor’s Business Daily, which is published by The Wall Street Journal’s parent company, Dow Jones. "
Are those numbers real enough for you? Do you consider that survey to be merely anecdotal information?
