Yes! I bought an appliance yesterday that came out of the box not working. The policy is 48 hours to return or exchange. I notified them 10 minutes after delivery and the only thing they would do is send a technician out in 4 days. Why would I want an appliance that has already shown that it doesn’t work? Also, all of my food will be spoiled in 4 days. I need an appliance now, not 4 days from now. It’s 90 degrees! This seems to be becoming their normal way of doing business. ![😞]()
