You are a very long way from failure. Yes, your portfolio can use some improvement, but you are doing well financially and have done an excellent job of saving money. All you need to do now is simplify the portfolio and keep adding money.1. My high anxiety comes from my fear of failure. I just don't think I am doing well financially, and is afraid that I am letting my family down. I am afraid that I will work until I am 70yo, and will never get to enjoy retirement. I grew up extremely poor, and is afraid I will be in the same place when I die. I know there is more to life than work, but I just don't know how to get there. I am afraid once I update my portfolio, I will make things worse, or make a big mistake. That is why I have not done anything in the last 15 years.
