Have you checked the junk/spam folder? Often mass mailings end up there. You can also try adding the sender's email to your contact list, which should help with routing the email from that sender to your inbox. It's also possible that your email provider is blocking these emails completely because they are triggering some spam filters. Do you know if any of your friends who are receiving these emails just fine are using the same email provider as you?
Yes, I have checked the junk/spam folder and they do not appear there. I will try adding the donotreply@companyname.com address as a new contact and see if that assists in receiving these e-mails. My friends that are receiving these e-mails are using a different e-mail provider.
