I think the discrepancy is because your bonus is withheld at 22% but your gross income has you in the 24%, 32%, and possibly some in the 35% tax bracket. Going forward, if you reasonably estimate that bonus compensation will push your taxable income into brackets taxed at a higher rate than 22%, you should arrange for extra withholding or pay estimated taxes.
