I am looking to move to a community that best matches my needs and preferences. I would love the input from this group.
Here is what I am looking for:
—Located in the Pacific Northwest, preferably Washington state. Also open to Oregon.
—Small to mid size (population < 100,000)
—Lots of nature and outdoor activities nearby, such as hiking trails, rivers, lakes, beaches, etc.
Smaller (<1,600 sqft) homes that are new and well built by local builders (i.e., not production builder).
Good air quality (no major industries that spew nasty stuff into the air, and not at risk of frequent wildfire smoke)
Any thoughts or experiences to share? Much thanks!
