I did a quick check and Fidelity does offer an automatic withdrawal plan that you can use with your 401k plan to distribute money from your bond mutual fund. Here is the form:

If you end up rolling over the plan or part of the plan to an IRA you will need a different form.

They allow monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.
