BTW here are other things to consider:

1) Electric outlet near your toilet if you ever want to put in a bidet.
2) In terms of plumbing, see if you can get access to shower fixtures from a closet
3) Check you water pressure and install a pressure reducer if needed - the PNW is hilly and your tank may be at some distance and elevation.
4) Put in a bigger panel with room to grow.
5) I have several 240 V outlets in the garage for tools.
