Current position:
8400 AMD shares at cost basis of $1.2m —> +$234k
AMD 150 Calls 12/19/25 (20 contracts, cost basis = $76k) —> +$18k
AMD 140 Calls 12/19/25 (10 contracts, cost basis = $32k) —> +$20k
Total cost basis: $1.308m

Net profit/loss as of 10/4/24: +$272k gain (+20%)

As for why I chose this position size, it was 1/2 the amount I had in cash after selling all of my NVDA stock in my Roth IRA. The other half went into SCHD (Schwab Dividend Fund).
