Given that your post generated questions about deadlines for filing disputes, I'm not sure this is irrelevant.
You seem to be having some issues in this thread... no one was victim blaming. There were many varied suggestions about what to try to do given your situation. That seemed to be what you were asking.
Likewise, here, my comment/question seems to be relevant to a specific concern raised in this thread about your own situation.
If you feel strongly that my post should become a stand-alone new thread, please ask the Moderators to decide, and they'll move it away if they see fit. (And I won't complain if they do; it's up to them.)

Also, super disrespectful to say I’m “having some issues.” I did not appreciate a few posts that ignored the history I laid out and told me I should have started with a phone call. Without a time machine, those comments are useless. Me calling those out is not having an issue. Someone telling I’m having issues though, um, yea, the irony is thick.
Subsequently, I have taken action that did take into account the stated history. I posted this upthread. Apparently people can’t read.
