Maybe you have a local Repair Cafe event nearby? So as of now, tv is opened up. Board is removed. I'm not getting power across the fuse.
Before I start to desoldier anything and replace, there is (allegedly) an old school electric/TV repair shop that should be open tomorrow, want to see about a second set of eyes and hopefully know why the fuse may have popped even, simple surge or other component within the board.
Ebay has new boards for $160, haven't seen how cheap I can get a used one. For a Sub $500 TV, over 5 years old, I'm kinda leaning towards just total replacement, but would keep the dead one for awhile to tinker on in the future.
Will update the thread as it changes

It's a non-profit organization where volunteers try to repair your item for free. I brought in an integrated amplifier that no longer powered on and they were able to fix it.
