Very interesting recent but expired Linkedin Ad for Robinhood Platinum Desk managers. They were looking for, among other things, "proactive upselling" for their "most active traders."

Among other things, note the ultimate goal to reduce or eliminate customer contacts:
“Proactively identify ways to avoid recurrence of customer contacts by recommending changes to improve processes and knowledge articles.”
It’s a little odd to read but ultimately I support the goal of improving the software (for example, building in functionality for tax lots) so that reaching out to an agent and having the back end mess it up isn’t necessary.
