I was wondering about the privacy aspect of U.S. Bank, so I compared their U.S. Bank Consumer Privacy Pledge to Bank of America's U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice.

Interestingly, U.S. Bank claims the same or better privacy, in every category of the GLBA disclosure table.

Any idea what's their track record in living up to these representations?
