You'll have your part B premium plus the supplement plus the drug plan. Then once you're in it, you'll have deductibles for parts B and D and once those are filled, you pay a co-pay on some drugs. For some (like me), it's not just the premium, it's the rest of the charges. Then there are the restrictions. Medicare won't pay for my generic insulin. I have to get brand name. And expect that drugs that are advertised on TV are going to be very expensive. I buy Jardiance from a Canadian pharmacy and will continue to do so as it's cheaper than on Medicare buying with no insurance. I have one other med that this year is about $40 with Medicare but $12 with no insurance using GoodRx.
