Hi,
I have an old Win 10 laptop but am getting a new Win 11 laptop in a few weeks.

1) Is it advisable to delay buying and download to new computer rather than download to old computer and then deal with installing it on a second machine? (They say you can install on multiple machines but I don't know if that introduces a hassle factor if you do)

2) Do the vendors eg Newegg and Amazon typically do another deal around Christmas and/or New Years?
