You can buy with it. You can't withdraw it. Rep confirmed it. Regardless what the terms say. I did it (boutght ETFs).The TT bonus got credited to the account today. I was surprised to see that the bonus is included in the buying power. In the Terms and Conditions it says, "The Cash Bonus will not be included in the Qualified Account’s buying power until the end of the Twelve-Month Period." I wonder if the buying power will disappear by Monday. If it's still there, then I guess I will have to refrain from investing the bonus (in something like BIL or SGOV) until after the 12 months, unless I confirm with support first.
