I seem to remember reading something that once PSHB begins, plans will have the option at some point to drop out of FEHB? Your statement makes sense.It will be interesting to see if APWU, NALC and MHBP even continue to be part of FEHB after the PSHB branches off from it. I'm curious how many non-USPS employees/retirees utilize these options.
