...planning for a weekend trip to see Niagara falls on the weekend of June 1st(Friday night leaving and Sunday night return). We live in Seattle and want to fly out on Friday night and fly back on Sunday.
This sounds like a really bad idea especially with an infant and a toddler.
With the time zone difference you will be arriving very late on Friday(more likely early Saturday morning) then if you have something like a 10:00 AM tour that would be 7:00 AM Seattle time so after a long day of travel you might need to get up at 5:00 AM Seattle time to get breakfast and get to the tour location.
It might be best to stretch the trip out to be at least the better part of week or find somewhere else to go for a weekend trip.
