Personal Consumer Issues • What's the best way to handle a drop off from the garage to the driveway?

I have a drop off where the garage floor is three inches higher than the driveway. It wasn't always like this but happened over time.

The easiest solution seems to be to add a couple of ramps like these:

Another option is to buy some bags of concrete and make a concrete ramp.

Have any of you run into this sort of issue? If so, how did you handle it?
