To completely avoid a wash sale, you need to sell lot 3 first, then lot 2 and then lot 1. If you sell lot 1 or 2 before lot 3 and before May 20, you will have a wash sale. If you sell lot 3 and then lot 1 before lot 2 and before May 13, you will have a wash sale.
