As of 5/1, it would be $169k in gains for anything with Expense ratio > .5%. Probably more now due to the rally in the last week, and some might be short-term - Fidelity doesn't show the break-out at a high level, only if you click into each position one-by-one.
Anything else with lower ER's that showing a loss you could use to offset those gains? e.g. Bond funds?

Not much. Most of my lower cost bond funds are in the non-taxable accounts.
