As mentioned by "thebod" be careful with cash at Schwab. You could leave a lot on the table.
The other consideration is that Schwab does not allow automatic dollar-cost average withdrawals from account equities/funds. You need to be in their "Intelligent" portfolios for them to sell holdings automatically. Fidelity and Vanguard do allow this and was this was the reason I left Schwab for Fido. It's nice to have that automatic paycheck sent to my checking account every month with no input from me.
