What?! I’ve owned three Mastercrafts. For a 6 year old XT21, that’s way over priced. You can do better!2018 Mastercraft XT21 wake surfing boat. We live at the lake and use our current ski boat frequently. No slip fees. My annual insurance and winterizing fees would increase some.
We too live on a lake. In 22 years, we’ve had 5 different boats, including the newest one that is two months old. It’s what we do. Could we have more saved for retirement? Sure. But the thousands of hours of enjoyment has been well worth it.
It always cracks me up when non boat owners try to counsel prospective boat owners. It’s a pricey hobby, but not as crazy as those that don’t own boats think it is.
