There are two possible fees involved using your debit card at an ATM in a foreign country
> Foreign Transaction Fee - Amount added for convenience of using someone's ATM
> Foreign Exchange Rate - The exchange rate you'll get using someone's ATM. There may be a fee in the form of a mark-up to the exchange rate you're paying
Schwab debit card reimburses all the Foreign Transactions Fees at the end of each month. The only possible issue is the exchange rate. I look for a bank ATM rather then ATM's not marked or sitting next to a currency exchange. I haven't used Fidelity
