I'm using this eSIM right now and highly recommend it - https://www.bouyguestelecom.fr/carte-pr ... paid-plan/

It gives you 15 GB of data for 15 days, is one of the biggest mobile carriers in France, and costs 20 Euros. If you want a little more data and a French phone number, you can pay 2 euros extra. One of my favorite things about this plan is that you're able to purchase it stateside and then activate it once you land in Europe. There's no hunting around for mobile providers or SIMs in the airport.

You can continue to use your US mobile service (calls and texts) using Wifi calling enabled by your European eSIM service.

Just make sure your phone is not SIM locked to a carrier and can accept eSIMs (most modern iPhones and assume Android phones can do this).
