How did you work your basis down $50k from your purchase price?

If you are married you won't owe any tax on sale #1. But you will on sale #2 so I would wait until 2025 unless you forecast market declines which would exceed the tax liability.
I'm unmarried. This is not a primary residence. I've owned the property for quite a while.
