I think you are an excellent candidate to play around with Monte Carlo simulations. That could show the dispersion of possible outcomes as well as percentages of having certain amounts of money. Making up some numbers now, but if there's a 25% chance you end up with less than $4m and a 10% chance of you staying where you are currently or worse, what would your plan be? You obviously get to decide if those risks are worth it.
BTW - I'm 58 and plan to retire at 60. My total retirement is almost exactly like yours (2.91M) with a small pension and SS in the picture. My goal is really to break $3M, so in a slightly different place than you. I'm sitting at 50% stock.
