I disagreed with your opinion. He came into my yard to fix the fence and left the broken parts behind. He should have taken them with him after he was done.That was kind of you to clean up the first fallen tree in his yard, but he was under no obligation to reciprocate. Doesn't make him a bad neighbor, but some people might think that throwing broken fence pieces into someone's yard does.
