Did you look at treasury auctions? An auction for 26-week bills should be opening tomorrow, 8/1/24, and closing Monday, 8/5/24. If you don't see it yet, odds are that's because it will only be displayed tomorrow, when it opens.
Just to be clear on a few points:
1. The PDF says the auction is announced 8/1 and the auction date is 8/5. Does this mean I can buy anytime between announcement date and auction date (8/1-5 in this case), or can I only buy on the auction date (8/5)?

2. The settlement date is the issue date I assume?

3. This is probably Etrade specific so if you can't answer this, that's not a problem and I can try to find additional resources elsewhere. How do I distinguish new T bills from secondary market T bills on their bond trading platform? I'll make a Treasury Direct account if need be, but ideally I'd like to keep everything on a single platform if possible.

Thanks for all the help so far.
