I can parrot many comments from other users:

I've been a Vanguard customer for ~13 years and have never had a negative experience.

My Kids, Wife, Niece, Friends, all use VG and have no issues. I am a authorized user/ Trusted contact on many of their accounts.

Don’t use the app, never even tried. I have no use for it.

Website is Fine (not amazing), does everything I need it to - log-in couple times a week. I liked the old one better, but I got used to the latest version.

Fully satisfied with the quality of their service, low fees, selection, and trustworthy reputation.

I am a simple investor and don't ever attempt complicated or unusual transactions, so perhaps that's why I never really see the dark side of VG.

I was involved in creating a company 401(k) through VG (but really Ascensus), and I like how if you also have personal funds with VG, your Ascensus accounts flow through to VG portal and you can see your balances all in once place. (you cant make any changes on VG site). I will note this is occasionally "buggy" and it stopped working for a few months in past 5 years, until I opened a case for it to be fixed.

I do find the FA/ robo Advisor pushing a bit annoying, but I just ignore the offers. They need to make money somehow I guess! LOL.

Phone calls to them are not Amazing, but not terrible either. I would rate them "fine". The key thing is just not to give up until you get what you want or the answer you need.

I do find it annoying that some things still require paper forms. Things that *should* be able to done electronically, like a rollover and attaching a bank account, but for whatever reason it glitches and needs old school methods to get it done. I see more of this than an average person, as I help co-workers consolidate and roll funds to VG from previous employer 401(k)s. I will say the exact same thing recently happened with my nephews UTMA accounts at Fidelity, so its not exclusive to VG.

Overall, I am happy with VG and don't plan on making any changes for a long time.

I am constantly amazed at how many people are dissatisfied with VG, like why are you calling VG so often?!
