Personal Finance (Not Investing) • PSA - Realtor litigation - class action claim website is now active

We're getting a letter in today's mail inviting claims to be submitted in the National Association of Realtors settlement over commissions.

I googled to see if a website is up, and it is. I've already submitted a claim for a property that we sold through an agent in early 2023. Here's the website: https://www.realestatecommissionlitigation.com/

In order to make a claim, you'll want to upload a document, such as a closing statement, showing the date of the closing and the realtor commission that you paid.
Is it required that a "Unique ID" be filled in?

The website seems to be stuck (not advancing) after filling in the claimant information and clicking "Next" nothing happens.

Regards,
I hit the same issue.

I did not fill in a unique ID.

I also got hang up. In order to advance, I attempted to upload the same closing statement for a second time. The website said “you’ve already uploaded a document with that name”, and when I cancelled the second upload, I was able to advance to submission of my claim.

YMMV.
Hmmm. I don't see a place to upload anything. The first screen after clicking the "File a Claim" button asks for Claimant Information (name/address/etc.) but I see no link for uploading.

Regards,
