Personal Consumer Issues • Dark Chocolate heads Rejoice !!!

Does anyone make ice cream?

I've tried:

1.33 c milk
1 c sugar
4 c heavy cream
6 egg yolks
2 bars 85% Lindt
1/2 tsp Tara Gum

It's really good but freezes really hard. I see two options. Increase the sugar or increase the Tara gum.

Any suggestions?
