Personal Investments • What percentage of portfolio in Roth versus tax deferrred?

Is there a rule of thumb for how much of one's portfolio should be in Roth accounts versus tIRA/401K accounts? Sort of like 60/40 for asset allocation. As a baby boomer, I'm late to the Roth game, but have aggressively converted and contributed to a Roth 401K so now have about 25% of my portfolio in Roth accounts. Only about 15% in taxable, the balance in tax deferred accounts. I know the details depend on individual circumstances like age, legacy and charity goals, other income sources, etc., but I am just curious if others have a rough goal they shoot for. I know I do not want 100% in Roth accounts because we are "self-insured" for long-term-care so want some in tax deferred accounts to withdraw essentially tax-free (after 7.5% medical deduction limit) to cover LTC if needed. But struggling with how much further to go on the Roth conversion/contribution train...

If you're asking this I'd suggest you use some of the usual software to determine what would be produce the most spendable income based on whatever assumptions you choose. There are too many moving parts for a rule-of-thumb.
