The trust for the child with special needs is for the most part the same as the trust for the child without special needs. The difference is that the child with special needs will have a lesser degree of control (or no control) over his/her trust. This should be a routine matter for any good trusts and estates lawyer.

The lawyer is correct. Several trusts and estates lawyers have said that probating a Will in Georgia is not difficult.
Following. I'm interested in putting my house in a trust in Georgia..was wondering if the will and trusts I've seen advertised are worthwhile.
I don’t know what’s advertised but it’s generally best to avoid what’s advertised.
