I would start with the VPW spreadsheet. It does a good job of modeling bridging and will give you an idea of how much you can withdraw each year. It sounds like you need around $120k for a few years and then it will drop a bit when you get medicare and then social security will cover half your expenses starting at age 70.
Once you have a handle on that, you can use some more advanced software to model Roth conversions and Long Term Care (self funding with a reserve or insurance).
