I got a new relatively efficient fridge that uses about 75w and bought a battery that can power it for 21-24h (2000wh) for about $500 on sale

Tested running it down to about 15% twice now. Charges back up in 1.5hrs. Keep it simple

On deep discount. Actually it was basically free after utility rebate (check with yours)

You may actually save enough on electricity with your old fridge, to upgrade to a new basic one for free (ish), and there are utility rebates for that too
