So I’m in no fault insurance state. My vehicle was hit by an other vehicle as I stopped at a red light. The other driver admitted fault.
My insurance is saying that I’m responsible for my share of deductible ($500).
I did file a claim with other driver’s insurance.
I also had a Dr visit and X-ray related to the accident.
Can I go after the driver insurance for my damages.
