Are you only looking on the ACA exchange or sites like healthsherpa? Sometimes there are off-exchange plans that you only see by going directly to the insurance carrier site (or maybe by using an agent).
If I put in my own information on BCBSIL's site, it gives me an HSA-compatible option "Blue Choice Preferred Bronze PPO℠ 202 - PPO". But if I go to healthsherpa to find plans for any carriers, I get no HSA-compatible results. Maybe that plan isn't offered to you or isn't HSA-compatible for you or something, but I just wanted to share that for me, it only shows up if looking at BCBSIL directly. (Haven't checked other carriers.)
