I just signed up to have an HSA (I am not maxing out, put 2000 per year for now)
You should be maximizing the HSA rather than paying of student loans. Your contribution potential to this excellent triple tax-advantaged is lost if you don't use it each year.
What do you think about this? I heard about Betterment recently and a friend suggested I do that. So I was thinking should I maybe add a Betterment account? What are people's thoughts on Betterment? Or just leave it be as i have it? Or change anything?
If you don't want to DIY, then betterment might be OK. There is nothing special about Betterment. I wouldn't pay at least a 0.25% assets under management fee for their service.
