Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Taxation of short-term disability payments

Hello - I filed an STD claim (employer fully paid and provided). If you happen to have had STD claims/payments - how are they taxed? Do they include federal, state, and FICA taxes, and are those withheld in each payment? As I understood from the STD provider - they will be directly depositing STD payments to me, but I am unclear if those will be LESS federal, state, and FICA taxes and what the tax reporting requirements are.
