I have two 403b plans. If I take an RMD from one plan sufficient to meet the amount due from that plan, can I then rollover that plan's assets to an IRA even though I have not yet satisfied the RMD attributable to the second 403b plan? I know that 403b RMDs can be aggregated, similar to IRA RMDs. I'm not sure if this also means that the aggregate RMD for all 403b plans must be fulfilled before rolling over any of the plans.
