Making progress! Google storage management shows that there is 13.58 GB (95%) of photos in Google Photos. Yesterday I moved these to an external hard drive. Is there a way to do a bulk storage deletion of the 13.58 GB of photos in Google Storage? You can go to google storage management and it will show you what is taking up space:On my PC it says 825 GB free of 915 GB, so that is fine. How can I determine the status of my cloud storage space? It's probably a message from OneDrive or GoogleDrive saying your cloud storage plan is out of space.
If you open up File Explorer on the Windows computer, and go to "This PC", it should show your drives. It will say something like 50GB Free of 500GB or whatever. That's how much free is on your actual computer.

You will need to delete photos, documents or emails to free up space. Or buy more space for $2 a month.
