We have about $13M net worth right now. We are 34/35 yo with three young kids. We came to the US for work 10 years ago.

Our plan is pretty simple. We are moving to another country that has a territorial tax system and we’ll give up the green cards. Due to bureaucracy and backlog, we only got green cards 2 years ago, so we aren’t subject to exit taxes.

If our investments keep performing well, we’ll eventually create a trust in a tax haven and put most of our money there.

The UK levies 40% tax on estates over 325,000 pounds. I don’t want to risk staying here too long.
