I never filed a complaint against them. But if you want to be heard, send a physical letter via USPS Priority mail outlining what you have done and the responses you received. Send the letter(s) to the CEO, EVP and a few top VP's at both Equifax & Experian. I have found this approach to work with large companies where the typical customer service was unable to do anything. It worked at United Airlines and Whirlpool most recently. They will have a senior customer service call you or contact you.
