I own American Funds (Capital Group) American Mutual Fund AMFFX in a retirement account. An option that I have is another (new) Capital Group Conservative Equity ETF, CGCV. When I look under the hood of each, I see that the fund objectives, types of investments, distinguishing characteristics, and holdings outside of the U.S. reads just about the exact same as AMFFX.

In fact, the top 10 holdings are about the same.

I can reduce my expense ratio if I switch from AMFFX to CGCV. However, CGCV is new and has been around for only about 1 week with fund assets of only $28 million. Is there any concern with investing in such a new ETF with low assets under management?
Thanks.
