Can the PayPal problem be resolved by linking only to a bank account with no money in it? Or will they still find a way to go after you?
Although that's not really enough, if PayPal thinks you owe them money and there's not enough in your PayPal account they will withdraw the money from any attached bank account before discussing the matter with you... "Guilty with little ability to prove your innocence"
