After my divorce, I ended up with these post-tax T Rowe Price funds. They all have substantial ERs. I have the dividends reinvesting because I don't need them (but they do generate capital gains taxes). I have three questions. 1) Should I stop reinvesting the dividends? 2) How do I figure out which funds to leave as is? 3) And if I wanted to transfer any of them in-kind to Vanguard or Fidelity, would they just be similar mutual funds with similar ERs? I'm also working on consolidating my many 403(B) investments in TIAA.
I have a million invested in the following. Around 50% is in Capital Appreciation, 30% in Spectrum Diversified, and the rest more or less equally spread out among the others.
Capital Appreciation Fund - I Class (TRAIX) ER 0.59
Dividend Growth Fund (PRDGX) ER 0.64
International Stock Fund - I Class (PRIUX) ER 0.68
New Horizons Fund - I Class (PRJIX) ER 0.66
Science & Technology Fund - I Class (TSNIX) ER 0.69
Spectrum Diversified Equity Fund - I Class (TSVPX) 0.58
Thanks for any insights.
