I was on the phone with the 1st CS rep who was not that familiar with preferred rewards, the CCR card benefits, and choice category. He was reading about it as he was going along.Not sure if they still have it as I haven't needed to call in a couple of years, but Preferred Rewards members at least used to have a special number to call that connect quickly to US based senior CS people that were very helpful and usually more knowledgable.Is customer service nicer for preferred rewards platinum honors? Do you get someone right away when you call?
