I hear ya, but the fact there's a timer atop the screen during the commercials makes it tolerable for me. I use the opportunity to stand up & tend to something or other while the adds play. I look at it simply as an intermission.Did this deal. One show in, and the ads feel intrusive if you are used to Netflix/Prime. We'll see how much we end up watching on Hulu.
